Hi,

Everytime we need to load a KSDS we always delete define it. I want to know why exactly this is done. (Other than because the records are physically deleted but not logically) What is the purpose of loading the same data evary day by delete define.

Thanks,

Smriti

Have you tried comparing the files? Is that the same data?

If its same data contact your peers and they can help in more details.

I did not get the point about physical logical delete
but that might be a misunderstanding that can be taken care of later

why delete/define reload with the same data is being done
that' s something we cannot judge about,
maybe there are some untold facts
ask Your application/procedure analyst about it
