Is there any readymade tool available for the HLASM to COBOL conversion. If anyone come across such situation, please let me know.

Not really, but I'm available to perform the conversion for a fee.

How many modules?

Batch, CICS or both?

Any MACRO CICS?

Yes, we have a tool which performs a combination of manual and automated Assembler to Cobol conversion. If interested drop me a line.
