How to brose VSAM file other than these below two options?
1. File-aid
2. Line command

it depends on the products installed

the only way to browse a vsam dataset in a vanilla( no z/os add ons installed )
is thru an IDCAMS print/repro to a PS datset ,
and afterward You can browse ( as in ISPF ) the PS dataset
