Tell me the purpose of load utility

Can u plz tell me the purpose of load utility and How the online screen looks like.

load utility is used to load the data into the table in the sequential manner

LOAD WITH REPLACE: this option replaces the exising records and loadthe data

LOAD WITH RESUME : it copies the data after the existing data

if u have any doubts abt this utilityplz let me know i will clarify max my level best

I have a doubt regarding LOAD WITH RESUME.
If i load data using RESUME as the option all the duplicate records are getting discarded. But what I actually want is to overwrite the record present in database if there is a duplicacy and at the same time I do not want the other records to get deleted.

Please help me if this is possible through IBM Load Utility.

Hi,

Better to go for a Load Utility in case of Mass Insert this Reduces Time.
