Hi,
I have a requirement.Whenever a NDM job is completed in Region A, a new job should run in another region B.
I have to give a Unique Dataset name in Region B for receiving the files from Region A.After the process completes in Region B,i will delete the Dataset set in Region B.
Say for example,
One day im receiving a file by 2:00 PM and after NDM is done with Region A, i will trigger a job in Region B.I may receive Empty---many files /day.
Other thing is that i should receive files from Region A say till 6:00 PM.After that time limit,i should not process any files and should process those files coming after that time for next day processing.
If i receive a empty file for that day, i should do NDM job but should report that files as Empty in a report.
My Query is that ,
1.How can i declare the file CUT-OFF time in JCL?Any JCL example?
2.What is the trigger JCL with the Time?

| Might be worth discussing this with the people responsible for job scheduling. |
