1. what is the upper and lower limit of RECORD CONTAINS CLAUSE in a FB file? (max lim is 2048? or any theoritical value? or double the block size?)

2. what is the File describtion of a FILE STATUS VARIABLE? (Pic x(2) or 9(2))

3. what does release do in internal sorting?
