- Provide onsite support at customer site, solve the problem to achieve the SLA.
- PFT maintance support
- System tuning and health check capability
- Sub project implementation, like: SMS, SA, Omegamon
- Technical documentation preparation
- Skill transfer to customer and our local staff.
- Other requirement which customer request.
- Would like to work at China.
