compile COBOL+CICS+DB2 error (bind plan/package error)??

WHEN I COMPILE THE PROGRAM, THEN IT SHOW ME THE MESSAGE:

DSNX200I -DB2A BIND SQL ERROR
USING GELTP AUTHORITY
PLAN=(NOT APPLICABLE)
DBRM=IBAUPD
STATEMENT=260
SQLCODE=-551
SQLSTATE=42501

Here is the error, how to solve it. Thank you!

by the way, what you received was a message from the db2 bind step, not your compile step.
