No link between TRANSACTION and PROGRAM

Hi,
I have new IMS DC PROGRAM and TRANSACTION coded but there seems to be no link between PROGRAM and TRANSACTION when I hit the ENTER key.

Previously before our DBA defined the TRANSACTION name to IMS when I gave /DIS TRAN TRANNAME all the paramenters like PRTY,CLS came as ZERO and we received some error message from SCREEN stating that TRAN is not defined to IMS.After DBA has defined the new TRAN name to IMS we are not getting any response from the SCREEN.

Please let me know what are the things that I can check for to see if DBA has done everything correctly

why don't you just send his boss an e-mail complaining about his work?
