How to send e-mail by writing REXX program

Hi All
I have one dataset with list of user ids. Now i have to take this User id and search in a table to extract the e-mail id of that particular user and then the program should be capable of sending an e-mail to that particular user

Please help me regarding this

So what exactly do you need help with ? You seem to know what you need to do.
