we did not touch the program at all in production ti is taking 3 minutes to run but in the test regioin it is taking nearly 14 hours can any body plse

The frequently problem of test environment is the organization and maintenance of substistem. Have you run a runstat and a reorg of your table? Try with this little suggestion but remember that usually, the weight of test environment(I mean in Mibs) is not the same of production.
