hi
i want to change the default background (black)and font color(green) to gray and pink respectively;so how i can do this i am using ISPF 5.9

Hello,

Change the foreground and background color settings in your 3270-emulator configuration, not the mainframe.

Better, actually best suggestion by Dick, never play with ISPF PROFILE, nasty ..very nasty mails chain I've seen when one at my shop changed these.
