Ya I know.
There some utility called FASTCPK to release the unused space in datasets but dont know exactly how it works.

And what have you done to find out how it works ? In fact even if it is installed at your shop.
Have you considered DFdss which is available at every MVS shop ?

will You please explain the meaning of "2 PD" , thank You
the answers You got were consequences of Your bad posting style

the way You posed Your questions/requests does not make any sense

You can compress only Partitioned datasets

You can ( in place ) release unused space only for PS and PD datasets

if You had searched the forums You would have found many samples
on how to use DFDSS to release unused space
