can any one tell which compiler option is used, at the time of compiling cobol repot writer program?

No, it's not possible to Compile a Report writer program in current mainframe Compilers. (There is no special compiler options available for that).

So you have to use OS/VS COBOL Compiler or some 3rd party tools like RW2, Translate/RW to convert your report writer programs into IBM Cobol compatible.
