It is not necessary..

But to maintain certain programming standards, prgm name and psb name are kept same..

Plz correct me, if i'm wrong..

Hi,
In IMS/DB, there is no condition that PSB name and program name to be same. Even I used a single PSB as a reusable PSB for many IMS/DB programs. But in IMS/DC it is the condition that program name and PSB name to be same.
