Hi,
also it may look out of date but because the operating system which we use is os390 v2hr7, the cicsts will not be activated and get 0c4 abend which I reported parts of error bellow.
as I checked the manuals the pdf UK23628 should be applied on os390 v2hr7 which is applied on my site too.
I wonder if any one knows what should I do.Bellow I have brought the report of 0c4 abend which was produced in the system log.
