Conversion of Binary to Alphanumeric

How is it possible to convert a binary word to alphanumeric one?
For eg.
I want to convert 9B720100 which is binary to alphanumeric one..

I used the EM=ZZ but it says out that the edit mask is too long or specified incorrectly..

Sriram,

9B720100 is not binary. Binary is 0 and 1.

Please explain ur query.
