i need to delete a GDG base of one proc in another proc
but it is asking entry while doing AUDIT and it will abend
whether we need to entry that gdg base in present proc or not? |

Hi,
What "entry" you are talking about here..? I'm confused, do you want to say GDG base is not yet cataloged - and you call "this catalog entry" as "entry" ?
Please explain little more about the problem & post the SYSOUT of failed JOB if you have already tried something. |

A PROCedure does not have a gdg base. . . It may have a step that defines a gdg base or it may create a new generation (+1) after a gdg base exists, but there is no "GDG base of one proc".
As others mentioned, you need to explain what you want to accomplish. |
