How to read Signed numeric variables in FOCUS?

We have a requirement to read a flat file i.e. normal flat file using FOCUS MFD. In that, we have few Signed and unsigned numeric variables s9(16)V99 and 9(16)V99. How to read and display those variables? I mean the Actual clause and the Usage clause in MFD....
