If it is an existing production JCL:
Provide the job name and the schedule from where jobs are to be loaded and region.
Provide the time of when jobs needs to run.
Give a lead time of 24 Hrs.
Rest will be taken care by global support folks.
If new JCL that is installed in production but not scheduled you could do the same as given above.
If JCL not in production you need to raise a SSR.
