Why wouldn't you be able to use CEBR?
You could use CECI to get at the data, but that transaction is more likely to be locked down in a production environment.

There's no guarantee that your TSQ data is written to the DFHTEMP dataset. If TS MAIN is in use the data in in-memory and is non-recoverable.
