Dear All,

I am new to IMS environment. I have theoritical knowledge in IMS DB/DC. As a first step, i have concentrated on DB and practically strong now. But i'm not that much confident in DC programming and invoking a transaction in IMS DC. Can anyone give me the steps to be followed in DC programming so that i will improve myself practically in DC also.

If possible provide me some sample programs and procedures to invoke a transaction.

Have you searched the site and/or checked out the links? I would suggest that the first thing you look at is MFS.
