2-8yrs exp in DB2 UDB DBA is desirable Understanding of the DB2
architecture and process model
Hands on exp in Database Modeling & Database designing
Exp in RDBMS server installation and Up gradation / Pre- Upgrades in
DB2 Exp in Database Object & Space management / maintenance Exp
in Performance and Tuning Analysis, Recommendations & Implementation
Exp in leading teams is desirable for Team lead level
Onsite/Offshore exp
