Hi,
While running an application, i have to use the 1st application output as input to the 2nd application, for automating this i have tried with recording the macro, but problem is its not recording the COPY of the output which i want to use it to run the 2nd application.
May i know, recording of Ctrl+V is possible while recording Macro. |

Hello,
If you are trying to do something with Ctrl-V, that is not a mainframe process - it is Windows process.
If you are trying to record a "paste" and Ctrl-V will not work, try recording the mouse-over of "Edit" and then "Paste". That will work with some macro recorders.
Something you may want to consider is that the macro will also be local to the pc where you create it. |

Hi Dick,
Macro is not recording the COPY and PASTE i do Edit using mosue.
Generally Macro records only the key strokes.
Any other way? |

Hello Harish,
Not that i know of.
I'd check the "Help" that is built into your emulator and if that doesn't provide an answer, i'd send an e-mail to the support group for your emulator. |
