hi could any one tell me
i have a map fields with occurs clause
05 map-field occurs 5 times.
10 colf pic x(10).
10 cols pic x(20).
with use of cursor i am joining two tables and i want to display 5 rows at a time in output map.could any one tell

can i use move hostvariable to calfO[I] where i is a subscript.

tell me now if possible

Yes, you can definitely do that. Moving data into map fields with subscripts is allowed in COBOL.

Note that during compilation, COBOL treats these map fields just as any other WS variable.
