how to convert the input file from fb or vb to standard fb file.
this means sometimes my input file may fb and somtimes it may be vb.so whatever may be my inputfile i need to convert it to fb file |

| my problem is not exactly that. If my input file is FB with different lrecl or VB with different lrecl, I need to convert that to standard lrecl with FB. |
