hi all
i have a doubt in db2.
why we are using LDS in Db2 instead of other access methods. plz explain in deatil.

Here is the definition from the fine manual:

That's kind of like asking why DaVinci chose a canvas to paint on. An LDS is like a blank canvas that an artist can bend to his/her wants and needs.
P.S. WE don't use it, the DB2 creator(s) did. |
