Is it possible to C:D a mainframe file and copy as XL

I am tring to c:d a file from mainframe to Unix server. But same time, i want the file to be copied as a XL sheet with delimitted by some characters. Please let me know if it is possible

use the Receive command to transfer formmainframe to PC and the PC file ahould ba saved with .XLS extension.
