Hi,
May I know the main difference b/x COMP and COMP-3 apart from internal representation of data.
if there are 9(13).9(2) which one is better in performance wise.

as you know one difference another difference is sigh representation,in comp sign is represented or punched on last bit and in comp-3 sign represented in last nibble.
