Pls throw some light on the parameter 'trust_allclnts' in db2 used during authentication. What will be the scenario regarding untrusted clients when this parameter is set to 'YES'? |

When 'trust_allclnts' is set to Yes.The authentication will not be checked at the server machine..it will allow all the client to access the server,so it is the responsibility of the client machine to authenticate the user before he/she accesses the server.
correct me if i am wrong. |
