well..I have taken this exam..
exam is pretty tough if you have just started your career as a DBA.
U need quite a hands on Stored Procedures i.e the WLM Environment V8.Also there are many questions abt Performance and tuning..
Suson Lawson is a good book..but reading the bbok doesnot mean to clear your exams..
you really need hands on...
Also I studied quite a bit from "DB2 Developers Guide" by Craig Mullins..its an excellent book.

It's nice to finally hear from someone who has gone through a Technical Certification process. I'm glad to hear that the test is difficult unless you have some really good hands-on experience. It only makes sense that a certificate should be given only to those who have the extensive experience and professional background with a product. |
