yes, ex i want to store emp photo in colom or table what ever it may be

Data type GRAPHIC is used to store graphic character in DB2.

Check out the manual for the details.

i think data type will be graphic and we can use where graphic clause to insert an image.

In SQL i think we will use the data type as blob.....

Actually i hav used the blobs concept for my academic project which is in JAVA servlets and ORACLE...now i coudnt remeber as i shifted to mainframes...sorry for the that..
