hi,
is any material is available to learn mqseries
as i had gone thru programms which are posted in the previous post ,
but if we know about theoretical knowledge about that than it is easy to understand the programms.

yaa nandini is right. if any body has the material please send it. if we have some theoritical knowledge then it will be easy to understand the programs fully.

Hi,

Is there any other materials or pages available regarding the usage of MQ's with COBOL.
I am not able to download the files from the above link icon_cry.gif

Please post any materials reg MQ's and COBOL. I need to use COBOL to do a non destructive read on a MQ and want to find out if there is any message exist in there. I just want to obtain the depth of a MQ.

Start with the IBM supplied samples and manuals....
And the above link still works for me...

hi,

the link is fine.. i am able to open some webpage.. But I am not able to download the sample one's since my company firewall restricts me from downloading...

I searched some of IBM book manager but couldn't get any stuffs to application programming related to mainframe cobol..

Please provide me some links where i can get the materials.
