Hi Mac,

When we check the link for "Unanswered Posts", there is a huge list of posts including "Job Vacancies" & "Fun Stuff". As those are mostly unanswered.

Can we have a Drop-Down Box added to the page to filter out the un-answered posts for a specific forum section.

It'll definitely cut off the time to browse that link & to achieve a better efficiency to reduce number of unanswered posts.

P.S. This suggestion can also be extended towards similar other pages like "Recent Posts".

Suggestions & Feedback are welcome.

Regards,

Priyesh.

Yes, we have solved this issue, by removing the Job listings and Off Topics from unanswered list.

Check www.ibmmainframes.com/search.php?search_id=unanswered

Good Suggestion priyesh. Keep in Touch.

Hi McMillan,

'Job Vacancies' have again started appearing in the unanswered list and this account for most of the unanswered topics .

It might just be the locked posts that are showing up?

Yes it is resolved now. Thanks.

I saw 86 unanswered pages earlier and now it is only 17 pages. I pointed out the 'job vacancies' posts in the unanswered list as i thought the large volume of unanswered posts might spoil the reputation of the site.
