Is there any utility to compare two tables in DB2

Is there any utility to compare two tables in DB2? Also let me know the possible ways to do table comparision.

I think we can do it by coping data form the tables into the flat files and after that we can compare the two files.

What joney said is right. Inorder to achieve the above functionality you can make use of FILEAID for DB2.
