Hi,
Please help me in finding a way to set up my JCL and Program so that my program can query on the table which are in different sub sytems EX; DB2T and DB2Q.
Also If I have a calling problem which was BOUND different plan other than my calling program, how do I mention this plan name. TO be more clear I have two program A calling B program. A is bound to PLAN_A and B is bound PLAN_B. In this case what should be my JCL to point to.
Please explanin |

Thanks for spending your time and reply. I am not aware of this variable. Can you please elaborate more or point me to some sites on this. Or send me some attachments with examples. Thanks in advance |

Hi friends,
I do have a little bit doubt..Could you please what escalate varaibles are and how to use them..
I think we cannt use different subsystems each one in called and calling programs as it will be defined in one step of JCL and the PARM which we will pass will contain the substem if DB2(ONE) and the first program which will call the subprgram and we will not specify the subprograms DB2 subsystem anywhere....
But one thing is we can use two subsystems for two differnent prgrams which will run by two steps in JCL...
Correct me if i am wrong |
