hi
1.what is mean by attachment facility in db2?
2. what is the max abd min. limit can we give for db2 lock?
3. where is the information for the rollback we can get?
4. why rollback occurs?
5. what is mean by autocommit?
what is mean by alias- i know the answer but whats the correct way to say while the interviewer as me ? |

An alternative name used to identify a table.
Aliases can refer to local or remote sites.Alias can be referenced by several users

i think there is nothing like min and max... it depends upon the programmer... IRLMPROC will take care of the locking services of DB2..

And in the interview point of view u can just say some practical examples.. ie., say what is it and say the situation where it can b used..... i think it will add an extra point once u say the answer with an example... |
