in Procedure division or in working storage section.

We can define cursor in both proceure division as well as in working storage section.

hi frnd,

As Per shri_shant u can declare in any division. But make a habit of declaring those things in working-storage section. since it's a good thing where the working-storage section holds only the declaration part alone u may also have a quick recall.. fine.
