As in every support team, whenever a job fails, a ticket is raised to track its progress/log efforts etc. So, i use Service Now - ResolveIT incident management tool for the same. I want to know if there is a way to auto create an incident in this tool as soon as there is a job failure in Zeke.
Basically, how we can integrate Zeke and ResolveIT(service now)?

Have you talked to the vendor? If not, go there and start your discussion. The vendor knows the product much better than anyone responding on this -- or any -- forum and usually can provide much to help you. And if your site pays for support, you are entitled to contact the vendor.
