No. We do not know the format of the data in the IDMS record so how do you expect us to be able to create anything? |

There are no copybook as such. The "copybook" is effectively created by the IDMS precompiler. |

Steve? Steve Myers? How are you brother? I had no idea you knew one little thing about CA-IDMS. I've been an IDMS DBA since 1985 and a damn good one. Code slinger too - COBOL and Assembler.
FINALLY going to retire here in August 2020.
Glad to see that you are still posting. I love that little Assembler TSO Command you wrote. SHOWDD or something like this. I used it to create a REXX BIF for dynamically inserting DSNs into TSO session concatenations - especially SYSPROC and SYSEXEC! |
