Google for "IBM fault analyzer user guide" and the first link has the user guide, thats all you would need to get started.

https://www.google.com/search?q=ibm+fault+analyzer+user+guide&rlz=1C1GCEA_enUS771US773&oq=ibm+fault+analyzer+user+guide&aqs=chrome..69i57j0.7346j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSXJAJ_13.1.0/com.ibm.faultanalyzer.doc_13.1/idiugm12.pdf

Just make sure you have the same version as that of the document.
