Hi, I would like to put a trace in the CLIST Panel; is there a way to do it. Thanks.

First, it is not a CLIST panel, it is an ISPF panel; it can be driven by CLIST, Rexx, HLASM, or a HLL.

That misconception having been disposed of, read about the ISPDPTRC command.
