Have you contacted the vendor? If not, why not -- they should be your FIRST point of contact for issues?
After looking on the Internet, and depending upon the specific details (which you did not provide), it appears that your system may need some Connect:Direct APARs applied. Contact your site support group and work with them.

The reason is the return code is provided to you:
Terminating before EOF due to error return code (HEX) =000000FF
COMMAND => SIGNOFF FORCED BY DMBATCH
Why the signoff was forced by DMBATCH should be available in the Connect:Direct messages. If you are not seeing them, you should work with your site Connect:Direct administrator to find out what you need to do to see all the messages.
