Supplement Info of my situation:
I can view COBOL symbol with Chinese characters using "View Entry Panel", which is the option 1 in ISPF Primary Option Menu.
CHGMAN can function normally also.
Only the Dslist function , 3.4, cannot display Chniese correctly.
Please help. |

What do you mean by "any more"? If it is a changed behaviour, you have to ask your support people what has changed, and see what they are able to do about it. |

Yes, it is a changed behavior which only happens to my TSO id.
Our support people will be my last resort if I cannot get help from this forum.
Thanks. |

Your support people should be your first port of call as it's likely to be site-specific.
