problem on data conversion from windows MQ-client to Z/OS

hi,
windows app try to put message to a Q which the Q-Manager is in Z/OS
and a Cobol program is getting the message from Q, this works OK but when the input message is Farsi (Persian) conversion is wrong and I don't know what should I do?

Welcome!!
I guess , you should talk to site support at first place regarding Configuring Encoding for properties, we don't know your site configuration.

the defult encoding is 37

Is this extra information or what? What happened when you went to see your support grouo who are the ONLY people that can help you apart from your colleagues.
