Hi, I need to exclude datasets(TST.**) from the FDRABR volume (VOL=TST003) incremental backup. The job ran fine with the exclude syntax as below without any errors but the datasets(TST.**) were still included in the volume backup rather than excluding it. can anyone help me in this regard ?
DUMP TYPE=ABR,BUFNO=MAX,ENQ=OFF,MAXERR=1,RTC=YES,ICFCORE=140000,
SMSCONSTRUCT=NO
EXCLUDE DSN=TST.**
MOUNT VOL=TST003 |

Have you asked the vendor? Such questions are usually answered faster through the vendor than through a forum. |

Innovation Data Processing (FDR) is located in Little Falls, NJ. Maybe you're across the street? |

There is no @Bob here. Please do not be rude - use names as people post them. |

Have you tried EXCLUDE DSG rather than DSN? |
