how to Resolve SQL Error Code -924

While Executing Cobol IMS DB2 module with 2 different input files simultaneously either of the program is getting abended with sql code -924. As per the manual we came to know it is contention of jobs.

So we have added With UR (Uncommitted read) in the SQL Select query. but then to the job gets abended with same error. could you please help on this.

Search the DB2 forum for -924, where you'll find several hits in previous postings.

Also, have you spoken yet to your Support Group? if not then that is the first step you should do.

Show us please. I see this and explore more on Negative Dependency during scheduling too.
