Hello
Long ago, one of my customers licensed and installed a product called TABLES/DLI. (Later called TABLES/IMS)
Initially an IMS product, it allowed an IMS database of lookup tables to be managed and entries retrieved by application code.
The customer application teams linked the product modules into their applications.
More recently "TABLES/IMS" was renamed to "TABLES/MS".
The TABLES/MS-supplied modules are written in non-Enterprise COBOL.
This has become a major impediment to our application team's Enterprise COBOL upgrades, as we need all OEM products at Enterprise COBOL V4.2 support level.
Is anyone else on the list running this product?
Has anyone migrated off the "TABLES/MS" product from Specialized Solutions Inc of Auburn MA to something else? If so, can you share your experience?
