Schema name on db2 z/os

HI,

I am new to mainframe db2. I can able to connect to db2 on z/os using db2 connect.

Query to find out the current schema on db2 z/os.
Inside the Db2 I can able to see the following architecture

SERVER---- >INSTANCE--->DATABASE---->DATABASE.

I don't know what is the internal database inside a database.

can somone help me with this.
