I have copied a member from a pds in my personal PDS but I see some junk characters in my member. Also the data is stored as a continuous sequential data instead of showing in new line.
I have pasted the data how it is visible in 3.4 and how it is visible in 3.13

As shown in 3.4
Command ===> Scroll ===> CSR
****** ***************************** Top of Data ******************************
000010 DROP TABLE
000100 -- DROP TABLESPACE CDCU0610.CU09TS70 ;
000101 -- COMMIT;
000102 CREATE TABLESPACE CU09TS70 IN CDCU0610
000103 USING STOGROUP SCOYCD PRIQTY 720 SECQTY 720
000104 FREEPAGE 20 PCTFREE 10
000105 BUFFERPOOL BP4

As it is visible in 3.13 with junk data. Please note the two DROP commands are in seperate lines in 3.4 but in 3.13 it is visible on the same line.

Command ===> Scroll ===> CSR
000053 I -
000054 D - F & iDROP TABLE : 0c1008a-- cDROP ¸TABLESPACE CDCU0610.CU09TS7
000055 D - a-- fCOMMIT; : 0d10105 vCREATE TABLESPACE CU09TS70 IN CDCU0610 : 0d
000056 1 ISRSUPC - MVS/PDF FILE/LINE/WORD/BYTE/SFOR COMPARE UTILITY- ISPF
000057 NEW: XXX.SAGAR.DBA.DDL(CU09TB51) OLD: SAGAR.XXX
000058
000059 LISTING OUTPUT SECTION (LINE COMPARE)

Please let me know what has went wrong and how I can correct this issue. I am not able to continue any work because of this.

unfortunately the info provide is not enough.

How did You do the copy
What are the DCB characteristic of BOTH datasets

what You show is a mix of the original member ( in ISPF packed format )
and of the output of a SUPERC run

seems that You are trying to run a compare on packed data without telling

wiser to start over again
and speak to Your support about the packed data problem !
